When we are hired for a coaching engagement we first work with our client to complete a thorough assessment of the current situation and agree on goals and desired outcomes that are aligned with the individual and organizational objectives and needs.
We employ best practices and combine our professional expertise with a variety of applicable tools and resources, including psychometric and attitudinal self-assessments and 360 feedback instruments, to support the coaching process.
Marta founded MCC Leadership Coaching with the commitment to support and empower individuals and organizations to excel. With more than 25 years of Corporate and Entrepreneurial experience, Marta combines her leadership and coaching skills with her international business experience to thoroughly understand her clients’ priorities and work with them to develop and implement positive and sustainable leadership and change initiatives.
